Having spent time immersing herself in real estate development throughout the Caribbean, she fell in love with Roatan, moving to the island in 1998 and launching her real estate career.
“Roatan feels like home. The island’s welcoming and friendly people made imagining my life here very easy,” says Margot.

With a deep knowledge of Roatan, born and raised, Daniellie proudly shares the island's beauty through her work with our real estate clients.
She received her IT and Business Management degree in Costa Rica, returning to the island to work in the tourism industry. Her extensive experience as part of the management team at Roatan's Mahogany Bay Cruise Centre focused on visitor experience, positioning her to explore new experiences and areas of expertise.
Daniellie is a critical part of our closing team, ensuring that our client's experience runs like clockwork!

Growing up in the capital of Honduras, Loida attended American program schools where she excelled academically, influenced by her parents: who instilled in her a strong work ethic and core values.
During college, Loida completed a year of architectural studies in California. Enthralled by the experience of living abroad, she moved to Stockholm, Sweden, and completed a two-year Master of Science program in real estate management.
Charmed by its reefs and melting pot of cultures, Loida and her husband relocated to Roatan in 2014, buying their first home. "The experience highlighted the value of being represented by an experienced broker, knowledgeable of local laws and systems to transact property," says Loida.
