Port Royal is one of the most exceptional undeveloped large tracts of property left in the Caribbean. The property is over 500 acres at the eastern edge of the island giving it a high level of privacy and proximity to some of the island's best dive sites with its two miles of water frontage. In addition to its size, elevation, beauty, and location, what makes Port Royal so unique is its location alongside two protected natural harbors - one of the few undeveloped natural deep water harbors left in the Caribbean.
