Loida Oyuela

Growing up in the capital of Honduras, Loida attended American program schools where she excelled academically, influenced by her parents, who instilled in her a strong work ethic and core values.

During college, Loida completed a year of architectural studies in California. Enthralled by the experience of living abroad, she moved to Stockholm, Sweden, and completed a two-year Master of Science program in real estate management.

Charmed by its reefs and melting pot of cultures, Loida and her husband relocated to Roatan in 2014, buying their first home. “The experience highlighted the value of being represented by an experienced broker, knowledgeable of local laws and systems to transact property,” says Loida.

As a valued member of our operations team, Loida is building on her education, past real estate field experience and new role as an agent to ensure our client’s real estate experience, buying, selling or both, is rewarding.
